A: Sorry, but no.. you cannot live in an RV on any of the lot we sell... or on any other vacant lot anywhere in Florida that we are aware of. Despite what other land sellers or realtors may say in order to try to sell you a piece of land, it is NOT legal. Definitely not in any of the counties where we do business.
Q: Can I meet you at the property AND When can I see the property?
Q: CAN I MEET YOU AT THE PROPERTY AND WHEN CAN I SEE THE PROPERTY?
A: We buy and sell land all over the state and unfortunately we cannot meet with you to view the property. You are welcome to visit and look at any of our properties any time you wish. These properties are not like a house that needs to be unlocked! We try to make it convenient by Eliminating "salespeople" to "show" properties helps us keep prices lower than anyone else.
Q: Can I put a Mobile Home, Barn, Shed, Fence, etc on the property?
Q: CAN I PUT A MOBILE HOME, BARN, SHED, FENCE, ETC ON THE PROPERTY?
A: In most cases, not until the property is titled in your name. As far as after it is in your name, you need to contact the county Planning and Zoning Department. We do not want to accidentally give you the wrong information.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES WELL, SEPTIC, POWER, A HOUSE, A DRIVEWAY, ETC COST?

A: It varies from property to property. You would need to get quotes from the respective companies.
Q: Do any of the properties have back taxes?

A: NO. We pay all taxes up to date when we buy the properties and we keep all taxes current.
